I don't understand this, front desk staff asked us to give feedback in the next few hours but I thought I could wait until I receive your email for feedback and can complete anytime at my convenience like I used to. Great hotel with an interesting concept (no check-in counter but a library instead with staff equipped with tablets) . Staff spoke English. Buffet breakfast was fairly basic but included fresh ingredients. Surrounded by many western and local restaurants. Very close to metro which connects to airport express line. I've book 2 rooms in this hotel for my family. The location is very good which between several malls and restaurants. However the facilities need to be improved.
