Fraser Place Shekou — Hotel in Shenzhen

My family stayed at Fraser Place while we were preparing to move from China to our next destination. We booked for a long stay when our Shenzhen apartment lease was up. We know the area like locals and chose Fraser because of its proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and our work place. It is in a great location to explore Shekou as well as the greater Shenzhen area as you are only a 5 min walk to the metro. We booked a two bedroom deluxe room and were very happy with the apartment, especially the kitchen and washing amenities. Our daughter loved the pool. Fraser is fantastic for families. My only wish is that they would upgrade the carpets in the bedrooms. They are definitely showing their age and could use refurbishment. One of the best things about our stay was the service we received from staff, particularly Anlinna Chen. She greeted us and helped us get checked in our first night and was always available through WeChat to answer any questions or help us solve any problems quickly. She worked very hard to ensure our stay was comfortable and went out of her way to help us extend the length of our stay, ensuring we were able to continue enjoying the comforts of the apartment we had settled into, rather than moving to another room. Her care made a stressful time in our lives more manageable. I highly recommend Fraser Place and will definitely stay again when we return to China...

This place was perfect for our adult family of 3. We booked the two bedroom apartment and it came with two full bathrooms which we were surprised at. The whole apartment is extremely large with a well equipped washing machine, fridge and kitchen equipment. The washing machine was only labeled in Chinese so I just went onto the website of the brand to get the English instructions. The beds are large and comfortable. The furniture is probably a little dated as it’s all dark wood but the rest of the equipment was up to date. The bedrooms were also very large and we were not disappointed. The location is excellent and within close walking distance to Sea world as well as the station. The gym was also well equipped.||Breakfasts were good and there could be a better variety but it was fine for us. You could make your own waffles and there was always a selection of hot meals and pastries on offer with a coffee machine.||We had to move to a one bedroom apartment after our family guest went on with her travels and this apartment was also very spacious. ||The reception staff unfortunately are not able to communicate in good English so if you do have an issue then perhaps ask for Tim as he was able to sort everything out.||All up I would definitely choose to stay here again and would not hesitate in recommending these apartments to...

Stayed in the Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment and I am impressed by the large spacious room and its cleanliness. There was a tray of welcome snacks! Apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, living room etc. Bathroom could be accessed from both bedroom and near-entrance area. It was a comfortable stay and location was convenient for business and other restaurants. Near subway station too.||||My room was on the ground floor and facing the carpark area, so it tends to have some noise. And it was stuffy cos I could not open the living and bed room windows for more air, but the staff kindly brought me a fan and the problem was solved.||||However, the downside was breakfast spread was limited to more local tastes. I tried room service once and it was absolute disappointment! The rice was so tough and hard I had difficulty breaking apart to eat with just the gravy. I gave up and went to the nearby convenient store to buy other food. Conclusion, there are many food options nearby. Just go...
