I got a Pim's cocktail that was decent. So this place might be fine for a drink. The food, however, was not fine. It was incredibly bland and tasteless (and this is coming from someone who loves British food). My girlfriend got the "Sunday Roast" with lamb that had the consistency of dog food and Yorkshire puddings that were like chewing on cardboard. They even screwed up mashed potatoes, which I didn't even know was possible. I got the chicken meat pie that had mushrooms like rubber and chicken that was somehow dry despite being soaked in gravy. By far the worst western food I've ever had in China, and that is saying a lot (I've been here 3+ years). Because of this place, my girlfriend and I have a new rule to never eat British food in mainland China ever again. Avoid this place's food at all costs, unless you like eating unsalted cardboard.
