Zense Hotel — Hotel in Shenzhen

Only name big but No good spa for Indian people or who don't know Chinese language !! I visit here but the u don't know English even they don't have optional therapies who know English & Chinese too ... There's clothes smell so dirty.. There's open bathroom smell bad & not even clean, room okay but lights come on your face and there's music play so loud.. And there staff see you like you are criminal. Very bad experience.. Better visit here don't take massage or else invite any spa at your place. They can easily spoil your money by speaking Chinese.. And nothing is good there for outside Chinese people.. The spa is absolutely huge with anything you could want. They offer a variety of different massages. In the main room, they have comfortable recliners with TV screens and a selection of movies. You can get a massage while watching a movie. They also have private rooms where the whole floor is one big mattress. No one speaks any English but the menu is in English.
