Lee Garden Inn — Hotel in Shenzhen

About the room: ||1st room obtained: Mattress was really hard. It was like sleeping on wood. We were allowed to change room for a better mattress.||2nd room obtained: We were bitten everywhere on our arms and hands by 🕷 BEDBUGS 🕷 during 3 nights. Unfortunately, rashes appeared on the day we checked-out, else we would have moved out from this room earlier and asap and informed the hotel. 5 days have passed now, my arms have become polka-dotted with red swells and i am suffering from severe itchiness.||||About the staff:||Booking.com mentionned that staffs speak english, but they could neither speak nor understand a single word of english. We had to phone our guide in Guangzhou for translation, or we used internet translation.||||About the services:||Internet connection was extremely slow. ||||Location:||One only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it is well situated and metro is 2 mins walking distance.||||OVERALL:||I will never ever stay at this hotel again. I don't recommend this...

Staying here for 5 days ( in 3 different rooms ).||Everyhing ran so smooth.||Fast check-in ( with only ONE staff who UNDERSTAND English ), quite big room, (ALHAMDULILLAH) we found NO bedbugs like others review, cheap laundry, basic ammenities, classic China tea as a compliment.||2 Free Water Bottle ( in Deluxe Twin Room ), but no free water bottle in Standard Twin.||||Dongmen Street Pedestrian is across the street, SHAIBU train station is 50M away from the hotel, convenience store 20M from hotel, and many food stalls next to this hotel. But for Muslims, i suggest you to bring your own HALAL FOOD since it is kinda hard to find HALAL Restaurant in this...
