The service is FANTASTIC!!!! From Charmina to Sorrelli & Pauola these ladies are Perfect for the positions they hold. They are so helpful to my English and made it so easy to stay. I was there for 21 nights and everyday had the best Breakfeast and coffee that made my stay an excellent time. Sorrelli was perect at having the room smelling great everytime I walked in. PLEASE TIP THEM ALL when staying as they deserve to know they are appreciated. The food is EXCELLENT & every meal was a delight. The only drawback is the noise at night. I found that earplugs worked to get sleep but I am a light sleeper and the service from these ladies was worth the effort of plugs to sleep. I will always stay here as the service is untouched in most american hotels. Sorrelli even asked to wash my clothes and hours later they were all folded and seperated on the bed when I returned. AMAZING and above all Charmina made sure that all Paperwok, Invoices and pricing was perfect and exactly as per quote. I will always stay and feel like your family here!!!! Bravo again to the Ladies of Armenia Hotel Bolivar!!!!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN, Your red headed step child!!!! haha,...

The plaza is the center of life in Armenia and full of activity. I was on the 4th floor with a balcony and the glass is reflective so private during the day even with the drapes up. I had two kinds of fruit, unknown to me but wonderfully ripe and tasty, a glass of a novel juice, arepa, calentado, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, bread and coffee. When I asked about check-out the clerk said 1 p.m. but I could have longer. She also gave me good directions to catch a bus to the botanical gardens. The bathroom was bright, clean and very functional. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly in my room and in the restaurant. The hotel is new having been built at the site of a building destroyed by an earthquake. The elevator was quick and quiet. There is some noise from the street but it is pretty well muffled and did not cause...

Seemed like a terrific guy.||• One of my favourite rooms with a slightly larger bathroom.||• Really liked the staff here.||• Had a dinner on the rooftop restaurant along with 2x breakfast – staff were no good at English, but delightful. Also, menu was in English, which made life easy.||• Great central location in an interesting part of Armenia, despite it being in the city. ||• Would stay here again.||• Highlight: people hurling abuse at each other on the edge of town square and police arriving around 130am on the first night. Seriously though, enjoyed the hustle & bustle of the location around the hotel.||||Thank you Hotel...
