Colombian hotels don't seem to grasp either the concept of reservation nor boutique. Check these actual photos and compare to official, listed pictures. Also, they will take your reservations to a supposedly 4 stars unit but keep the room available to others anyway, sending you to another, half-at-best-star building, without further notice or discount. Also, you'll have to go there at your own expense or walking and carrying your own luggage (it's only some couple blocks away, down the road and turning at this light there and then the corner etc, they will tell you at reception). Maybe that's the boutique aspect of it? Oh, is the walking and the little lake the Eco thing?! I got it now... Good luck...
