I went to this place with high hopes. I had a panic attack after waiting an hour (with no one updating me on anything, no communication whatsoever) under the bright lights and a noisy waiting room (for those with sensory issues, you know what I mean). When confronted, they blamed it on people coming in late but that didn't explain the lack of communication. I agreed to come back a few hours later because it had good reviews and was close to my house.

While taking my medical history the practitioner commented on my impatience, alluding to my panic attack and unhappiness at waiting. I tried to explain that I had ADHD. She did not know what it was. When I told her I was also there for depression she asked ‘Why? You are young and beautiful.

Another practitioner came into the room and said that I should try Santa Marta because foreigners like it there. I guess we’re all the same? I didn’t say that I didn’t like Bogota. So, I was confused. Anyway, he went on to comment on my impatience once again. The same woman agreed with him.

I lay in the bed with needles in me while the door was open to the noisy reception room. They did, however, kindly turn the lights off for me due to my sensory issues.

The woman was gentle when she took the needles out but a different man came in and helped her. He was not gentle.

My depression is worse. I think it’s okay if you have physical issues although I still have a slight headache. My jaw is better.

Don't go here if you are expecting acupuncture. I went here with the expectation of going for an acupuncture session and left with a totally different experience. Not directly bad, a bit of a mixture of having visited Dr Mengele and actually feeling pretty good. After paying 300000 cop (only cash), they've put some needles with fluids (anesthesia) in my mouth. (They didn't asked if I was allergic), after that they did some cubbing, followed with some more anesthesia needles. The session also included a injection (a full bag) of vitamins mixed with my own blood. In a way I would like to put 3 or 4 stars, because it wasn't that bad (but maybe that had to do with the vitamins). If they would be more communicative (I've waited for an hour, after that it took them 2 hours) with what and why they were doing things, I would definitely give a higher star review. I also have to write that it felt like a factory experience, not very empathetic, just trying to "help" as many people...

I met more than 6 professional before meeting master Changlee and no one could help me. I was keeping hope because I knew someone out there could provide help that works.
