We were really disappointed staying here, and could never recommend it.||||Check in was a long painful drawn out affair, so long that we eventually gave up on and demanded a key... The room had a broken hand shower nozzle that no one would fix, there is no air conditioning or fans in the room so it was very stuffy. If you opened the window it was too noisy to sleep. The pillows were over stuffed and uncomfortable. The wifi also did not work for the first 3 days. We checked out the night before we would leave and ordered a taxi so we could have an early departure the next morning to catch a flight. ||||The front desk actually forgot to order our taxi so one eventually arrived 20 minutes late. Then as the accounts department did not arrive until 9am we could not use our credit card to pay! This was despite the fact we organised all this the night before! Very annoying at 6.30 in the morning when we were already late for a plane. Eventually we left our card number on a random piece of paper the receptionist left lying around somewhere and left extremely late and disappointed. We eventually got billed twice on our credit card!||||We would not...

This is one of the quite new, spotlessly clean, very comfortable boutique hotels that have been springing up in the larger cities of Colombia. Very comfortable bed, spotless linens, lots of cupboard space, very good bathroom with lots of hot water, a wide screen TV, and WiFi.||||The location is excellent, near the National Theatre (makes it easy for taxis to find), near the Transmilenio and near lots of restaurants. I decided to stay at this hotel because they offered a good internet connection and was included in the price. I had to produce a report overnight and it was disappointing that the internet never worked and they never worried about doing something or trying to solve the problem. They just did not care.||In the morning the room was full with smell from the kitchen.||At check out I asked for a discount because of the internet problem and they say that the internet was free and therefore it was not their responsibility if it did not work.||I never experienced in Colombia so bad treatment from...
