Estive em Junho de 2025 com minha esposa, quarto 704.||Pontos positivos:|- A localização é bacana pois tem comércios perto (farmácia, padaria, mercadinhos, restaurante e etc).|- O atendimento é cordial.|- Como o clima é frio, a roupa de cama é suficiente para uma noite aquecida.|- A recepção é bonita.||Pontos negativos:|- Café da manhã é ruim. (Tinha uma arepa de farinha branca, mais que não tinha gosto de nada, mesmo colocando queijo que também não tinha gosto, não tinha nem um mel para ajudar, suco de lulo sem gosto algum, só o cafezinho que estava bacana) acabamos por comer nas intermediações que era muito melhor. El personal de este hotel es súper grosero, no tienen nada de empatía. Tuve una de mis peores experiencias en Bogotá a causa de estas personas que administran y manejan el hotel. Por WhatsApp me autorizaron un check-in a las 11 am por motivo de mis grados el mismo día. Al llegar a las 11 y 30 al hotel el personal me responde qué no es posible y que me pueden solucionar. Cuando oigo hablar la persona encargada por celular, menciona mi nombre buscando reubicarme, la señora me ignora al preguntarle para donde me iba a enviar ya que mis grados eran a las 2 pm y necesitaba organizarme. La señora no me mira ni me responde, y mi esposo al preguntarle en tono fuerte porque me ignoraba, dice que nos va llamar la policía y 15 min después dice la recepcionista que nos van a cancelar la reserva. Nos toco salir a buscar un hotel urgente para darle alimento a mi hija y organizarnos ya a la 1 pm para alcanzar a llegar a la ceremonia de graduación. Hasta el momento no he recibido respuesta de despegar ni una disculpa del hotel ni reembolso del dinero que cancele...
