To the Hilton Bogotá Corferias Team,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Bogotá Corferias while attending the ProFlora Flower Expo in early October 2025 with a business partner.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Prior to our arrival, I received excellent communication regarding airport pickup and drop-off, which were efficiently coordinated by Fernando and Liliana.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Daniela at the front desk, who ensured a smooth check-in process and clearly explained the hotel’s amenities.

Bellman Diego assisted with our luggage and provided an overview of the Presidential Suite on the 16th floor. He was professional and thorough during our initial walk-through.

The Presidenti suite itself offered stunning city views and a spacious layout—perfect for both work and relaxation. Features such as a large family living room, meeting areas, office space, wet bar, and well-appointed bedroom created a peaceful and productive environment throughout our stay. However, I would note that the in-room flat-screen TVs did not offer smartphone streaming options, and the suite’s curtains were not remote-controlled, which could be improved for a more seamless luxury experience.

The Presidential Suite is ideal for entertaining guests or hosting business meetings, with the added benefit of connecting room options on either side. The suite also includes multiple bathrooms, ample closet space, and a secure safe.

I appreciated the welcome gift of bottled water and cake treats left in the dining area—thank you to the concierge team for that thoughtful touch.

The Executive Diamond Lounge on the 4th floor was another highlight. It offered a comfortable and private setting for light meals, drinks, quick work sessions, or simply enjoying the city view. Luisa and the rest of the executive lounge staff provided excellent and welcoming service during each visit.

Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the hotel was strong and reliable, which was essential for my remote work needs. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to visit the gym or pool during this trip, they remain on my list for future visits.

Breakfast each morning was outstanding. The variety of options accommodated a diverse range of dietary preferences, and the Hilton team managed the busy service hours efficiently and with grace.

During dinner service, José and Jackson in the restaurant provided top-notch hospitality. I would also like to commend the bar teams on the 1st and 4th floors for their excellent service outside the restaurant setting.

Hotel security was professional and visible during evening hours, contributing to a strong sense of safety throughout the property.

Special thanks to our housekeeper, Nelly, for her exceptional service. She cleaned our suite promptly each morning and always did so with a warm smile and kind words.

What truly sets this property apart, however, is Juan—your Hilton VIP Concierge Ambassador. His level of service was simply outstanding. Juan provided restaurant recommendations and reservations, personalized communication, and detailed follow-ups. One evening, he even arranged for a surprise room service delivery to a colleague’s suite on my behalf. On Another evening, he assisted me with a dinner reservation within the city. Juan’s hospitality, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction are exceptional.

As a seasoned Diamond Hilton Honors member and frequent global traveler, I can confidently say that Juan is among the best in his field. His passion for hospitality and attention to detail suggest a bright future—perhaps even in a leadership role such as General Manager or Regional Executive within the Hilton brand.

Every team member I encountered during my stay made me feel like family. I truly appreciate the effort and hospitality extended to me and my business partner.

To the General Manager and Executive Team—thank you for a memorable and enjoyable...

So weit, so gut.

Very Disappointed Opinión sobre el Hilton Bogota Corferias

Reception was great, we were welcomed by Luis, who was very friendly and helpful. I Must mention Victor too, a super manager, that really tried to make a difference in our stay, and was always smiling, and very professional.

Now for when reality striked..... we were offered an upgrade for the room because we have the hilton honors membership. yet the room was nothing out of the ordinary,....not what I would expect from Hilton group, much the less an upgrade. What would the other room have looked like???

Service from the housekeeping was terrible. One the first day sheets of one bed were dirty. We had a 3 person room, supposely, as their system had it recorded when we paid for 3 people, YET every single day I would have to call downstairs for a towel because they would only leave 2 towels (but of coarse the charge was for 3 people, and staff in reception always checked up on us because they saw 3 people going up the elevator, like if we were liars or something). Toilet paper was missing one day, kleenex the other day.

The special executive breakfast spread was kind of poor compared to the breakfast in the main dining room. Water bottles were always missing, so we had to push staff to get us bottles, when they were supposed to be included in our executive upgrade, were we paid extra per person for the no limit drinks all day and breakfast and late snack.

One day we ate dinner in the dinning room, it was caos.....very few waiters for a lot of people coming in for saturday night dinner. We would not get our food after a long time, did not get our drinks, and we told the lady manager why this was happening, when we saw new comers (that were regulars, so the manager and waiters knew them well) getting their food and drinks right away...when we confronted her she screamed at us, told us if we did not like it we could leave, and that it was our problem if we did not like her tone. So, I went to complain, and that's when Victor helped us out.

One day, I was taking pictures of the hotel, of coarse to write this review and show people how nice the hotel was, and I was stopped by security, was told I was not allowed to take pictures of the hotel, and to put the cell away! what????

On check out time, we had to hurry, and after making a check out line of 10 minutes (ridiculous), we were checked out by a in training lady, that did not know what to do and took 20 minutes to finish up the check out when we had paid everything from the first day, taxes and everything...all she had to do was close the bill.If the people in charge saw the line and people who need to leave...why put a in-training person at that hour?

For a good finish, I must say that all staff at the entrance, getting taxis, opening doors and welcoming guests, and bell boys were magnificent, very friendly and professional, as were the girls that serviced the executive eating areas, were also so helpful and made us always feel at home.

Congratulations for people like Luis from reception and Victor general manager of...

Fantastic experience at the hotel. The room was great, the views were better and I loved the bathroom. Loved the refillable water bottle option and being able to do it myself, but this is my only complaint - the water dispensing station is way too short. It needs to be elevated at least 2 feet in order to be remotely comfortable. It crushed my back refilling it every time. I went to breakfast once and lack luster, maybe even bad, is an acceptable term. Really was not good at all. But that was not enough for me to give their food a bad rating because I enjoyed their lunches and dinners! Room service was great and thorough. My only critique for room service is that especially for the executive guests, there needs to be more late night options and preferably a little higher quality, but I really can’t complain. Try their pizza, burgers and even their Philly cheesesteak. Having lived in Philadelphia, I was wildly impressed by the cheesesteak. Wrong bread entirely, but still tasty. Concierge was a life saver. The entire concierge staff I dealt with at some point and everyone was great. I spent a lot of time talking to many of them during my 9 day visit. Everyone on the concierge team likely deserves a raise - I doubt the value they bring is truly understood. If I am coming back to Bogota, this would be first choice to stay at again - without question. I gave location 4 out of 5 stars, but a hotel can’t control how the area evolves around it. This is not a “5 star hotel” in that sense, but this is a high quality 3.5-4 star hotel that does it really well.

Congratulations for people like Luis from reception and Victor general manager of dinning areas.
