Hotel La Serrania — Hotel in Bucaramanga

We stayed for here 4 days as a part of an international conference. The rooms are very clean and the a/c works great. The breakfast was lovely each morning. The staff went out of their way to help us in so many ways. We had an early flight and they had the taxi ready for us at 4:30 am with all the identification information for extra security. ||You can have coffee delivered to your room or to the lobby and sit on the porch and drink it. (Nice if you want to watch the rain) ||There was no pool. There is some kind of spa service offered but it was a little confusing. Great, modern and clean hotel. With good wifi, flat screen tv, AC and digitally controlled window shutters. Great breakfast is included. Friendly stuff, no english though but thats standard for most of Colombia, learn spanish!) Nice, scenic roof deck with tables and a jaccuzzi.| If i had to nitpick, the only downside is lack of gym or bar but plenty of both in very close proximity. I paid about 40$ a night including extras provided la carte such as waters and shaving kits....

Stayed two nights for $50 per night. Staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. Located across the street from nightclub... We asked to be moved to an inside room that would be a little quieter.
