Hotel El Alba — Hotel in Cali

The hotel is modern, Clean, Great Breakfast but what makes the place surreal was the staff. It trickles down from the GM Alva. I found her very hands on! Always looking for solving anything you need. I saw her mopping, moving beds and furniture around and more. The front desk staff Paola, Bibiana, Angelo and Fernando were absolutely the best! I was surprised to find out that the cooking team was also the cleaning staff. Without doubt they deserve the gold medal. Always greeted me and my parents with a Smile Diana and Yurani were simply amazing. I was recuperating from a Hip Replacement and my parents were undergoing some Dental Care, we stayed for 17 days and the rooms are prepared for that. This hotel was perfect! Modern, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, felt safe, right next to super market and central. Employees very pleasant and helpful. ||I am used to traveling all over, (I am an American, and I like nice places. I typically stay at least 4 star properties. ||All that said that I have certain wants and needs, and they were definitely met and exceeded here. Stayed with my wife and daughter while trying to locate an apartment. Hotel accommodation was fantastic. Neat clean rooms with all new furniture and appliances. Simple breakfast but very tasty. Staff (Diego, Luisa and all the others) made the difference for us. Always available to help, even went so far as to shortlist apartments for us to visit.
