Ekaa Hotel — Hotel in Dibulla

We had booked two nights for 4 persons at this location, because fotos, description and ratings looked nice. Price was not cheap, thus we thought it would be a good option. However, location was random and far away from everything in this lost village. Lodges were old and not clean. Beds were horrible and cucarachas around. We decided to cancel the second night and we were told to get back the money for the second night. After claiming several times, the owner never paid the money back. Best place we stayed in North Colombia trip. staff are nice and helpful, room was clean and spacious and has a peaceful hammock outside, lovely pool set in the middle between all rooms. good breakfast. the location is slightly away from the main tourist streets and area, but within short walking distance which worked perfect for us. their laundry scale is in Lbs- remember it in case you leave laundry there ( there are plenty places in the village) . bring a flashlight ( or your phone) as not enough street light in some...

A tranquil, calming place to stay. The room is spacious and well equipped although could do with more plugs in the rooms and in more convenient places. Likewise the bathrooms could be updated. The restaurant has great food if you don’t wish to eat out, and the garden is a real gem. It is peaceful and beautifully designed with a lovely pool to cool off in.
