Hotel Molinos Plaza — Hotel in Medellín

This place is a complete scam. They advertise room packages incorrectly across booking sites, then claim the listings “uploaded on their own.” I booked a room with a jacuzzi, only to be charged a much higher on-site price than what I reserved online.

When I finally got the room, the jacuzzi worked for about 2 minutes before the hot water ran out and turned ice cold. Management moved me to another room, but it was the exact same issue. I paid extra for a jacuzzi I couldn’t even use. When I complained, they insisted the jacuzzi was “working fine” even though it only produced cold water.

It’s advertised as a hot tub, not a cold tub. I left feeling ripped off and frustrated. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy paying more for false advertising and amenities...

We stayed at this hotel and they were very attentive. The location is very good although the noise from the transit on the street is loud even when the windows are closed. The rooms were very hot and noisy. Please They need to upgrade their A/C consuls for every room even if it means bringing the price up. Trying to sleep with a noisy fan or an A/C that does not cool the room at all is unacceptable. Tourist want to be able to rest after a day of sightseeing and walking in the humid heat of...

El unico detalle es el Internet Puede ser un poquito mas fuerte la signal Yo trabajo virtualmente y dependo mucho en una signal fuerte de Internet
