Luxury Apartments Gema by Cadissa — Hotel in Medellín

The apartments are spacious and comfortable; the kitchen is well-stocked (we didn’t use it much, because we went to nearby restaurants). The apartment has a full-sized refrigerator and washing machine.

The area feels safe and there’s a market across the street and several restaurants.

The employee we were most impressed with is Christopher. He consistently provided outstanding professional and prompt customer service. He seems to really enjoy his job and always provides service with a smile. He is a good problem solver and goes above and beyond.

Although there were a few things that didn’t go smoothly, Christopher took care of them so fast and efficiently, our stay wasn’t negatively impacted.

I don’t even know where to begging with 🤩 From the moment you step inside the premises you’re welcomed by a team of people who are always willing to help, with a great attitude and accommodations with recommendations. Not only that, but once you’re in your “room”, I promise you’d want to move there! It’s actually a fully furnished apartment where you can accommodate a whole family. Every detail, just WOW! I cannot recommend this place in good faith. I have stayed here numerous times in the past. But the place is under new management and the new manager or the employee Eduardo are trying to nickel and dime customers for every penny they can. I would also be skeptical of any raving review you see. The new management is offering a 15% discount to any customer who leaves a review. Incentivized reviews are something Google...
