We payed for a week, upon arrival we got a smaller room, crooked door, writings in the closed, an old fan instead of AC, the door didn't closed properly...||There is no elevator and we had big luggage.||||We didn't spend more than 5 minutes in the room while we talked about the room and to the staff.||||We asked for a room change and the first ting they said is there were no free rooms and there won't be a refund.||We asked to be refunded all days except that night and we were leaving. They said then that they had one free room (like the one we payed (on the 4th floor).)||We refused and asked why didn't we get this since the beginning. ||We insisted in leaving and they say refund is not possible. We didn't care and procede to leave and then told us to stay there and we would get a better room the next day at mid-day (but we were not planning to spend our vacations inside the hotel waiting for a room change).||||We left anyway and told them we will report this to booking. They contacted us again telling us to cancel in booking (no chance to leave feedback). And they gave us a partial refund.||||We payed 100.000 COP per night. I would value the night at 50.000COP.||||The staff looks nice (not the faut of the guy on the counter), but the hotel management is terrible, it seem overpriced for what we get. ||If you are looking for a cheap place, this could be okay.||||Multiple times I asked for a full refund and no online comment but they refused.||||Make sure you don't overpay, we got a much better hotel nearby...

Bueno, 1a. falla, 7 pisos que se convierten en 8 y sin ascensor, a menos de media cuadra sobre la esquina, negocios que desde las 6 pm hasta pasada la media noche, música a todo volumen, demasiado ruido. A la entrada principal que hay que subir escaleras un tapete roto en 2 partes, con el peligro de caer al entrar y al salir rodando x las escaleras, se mata uno o queda mal herido, no hay rampa, total no sirve para una persona adulta mayor, o con una discapacidad etc, etc, Las puertas de las habitaciones mal instaladas, totalmente descuadradas, por tanto la chapa no cuadra, al abrir y cerrar la puerta el golpe es fuerte, y deja entrar mucha luz en la noche, closet en mala presentación, bordes de entrepaños y cajón socios, mala presentación, piso closet sin pulir ni pintar, para completar las bisagras que sostienen la puerta chirrían estas dos fallas hacen demasiado ruido, ayer domingo 6 de septiembre, como desde las 5 y media am, alguien abrió y cerró una puerta,al menos 15 veces, no dejó terminar de dormir o descansar. En el 2o piso hay un sofá o muy sucio o ya para mandar a la vasyra Toalla para el cuerpo demasiada pequeña. El segundo día llegamos a las 7 u 8 pm, habitaciones sin arreglar, disque porque nos habíamos llevado las llaves, acaso no tienen duplicado? Mala escusa El aseo de habitación y baños, es buena. Ofrecen desayuno incluido, lo mejor no ofrecerlo, para ello deben tener infraestructura, cocina y comedor, el desayuno al parecer lo piden o tienen un contrato con esas cafeterías del sector, pésimo desayuno, lo mandan en desechables, mal preparado, solo pedimos un día, se debe comer en la habitacion que no hay una nesa adecuada para ello, e incluso hay que bajar a recibirlo, no se les ocurrió devolver el costo del tal desayuno, que pagamos dentro de la tarifa de alojamiento. La ubicación dentro de la ciudad es buena, solo que el sector ha venido desmejorado, mucho comercio por tanto llegan muchos habitantes de calle y personas pidiendo limosnas. Quien administra no lo hace bien, pregunte y ne informaron que va un rato por las tardes, no se da cuenta de detalles que no los ve y que solo el huésped lo ve y los asume. Como es posible poner un tapete con un par de rotos que se levanto el material, yo estuve a punto de caer, a la entrada principal donde para entrar y salir hay escalera y...
