Tour was very good. Bikes are pretty comfortable. It was raining and they gave us ponchos and one of the guides (Jonathan) let me use his saran wrap to wrap around my lower leg/pants and shoes so it wouldn't get soaked and dirty.... that was awesome! The guides were extremely nice... Sophia was the main guide and she was the sweetest... all smiles and very knowledgeable also.... she's really fast on the bike too ( think her's was motorized... lol). The sites were good locations to visit. Be prepared for a tough climb up a pretty steep and long hill.... but that Polito Paisa was a really cute town at the top. Great exercise so I really appreciated the ride. Navigating to Botero Plaza was a little crowded so be patient going through the sea of people.... also be very careful as you're crossing streets because there's NO PEDESTRIAN RIGHT AWAY.... LOL. It was a good time. Sophia and Jonathan were both great and friendly. They were always concerned about both our safety and that we were comfortable and enjoying the tour...

Today was an unforgettable experience! I went paragliding in Medellín with Green Bike, and they were fantastic from start to finish.

Oswaldo, the driver, picked me up from my hotel and took me to the launch site. He was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was well-organized. After a short climb up some stairs, we reached the takeoff point, where the team was professional, efficient, and focused on safety. They didn’t waste any time, but I always felt secure.

I was a bit nervous at first since I have a slight fear of heights, but the flight itself was incredibly peaceful. My pilot, Santiago, was reassuring and made the experience truly enjoyable. Helen also did a great job capturing the moment with photos.
