We stay here when we have the opportunity to visit the family in Neiva, usually for 2 weeks at a time. Due to Covid, this has been the first time in 2 years. Good stuff was the room and incredible housekeeping staff. Food and beverage staff was also great, though I miss the days when they had a chef. New a/c in the room was not as good as the old ones, perhaps undersized. Hot water was great in the mornings but not so good in the afternoon.||What I really missed was the daily greetings from the front desk and related service. 99% of the time they were buried in their computers (or phones) and did not acknowledge us as we came and went.
