Hotel Tumburagua Inn Ltda. — Hotel in Neiva

Located in a rather creepy street (even the taxi driver told me that). ||||The aircon was placed in a corner and the room was not well isolated from the street, so it felt warm all the time. ||||There was a party the night I overnighted there and I could hear the music until very late, even though the receptionist told me my room was far from the party area. ||||The minibar was empty. ||||The lady that was supposed to prepare breakfast didn't come, so the receptionist had to cook it himself (just juice, eggs and a hot drink) and also take care of people checking out, so he was overwhelmed and let me go without giving back the key (I had it in my pocket). I had to pay extra to the taxi to return to the hotel and give it back. ||||On a positive side, staff were as much helpful as they could. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was...

We visited the hotel as it was included in our Naventura tour. ||||We stayed overnight and we can say that the hotel is well located, very close to the center of the city, with a lot of stores around and restaurants. The breakfast is traditional and delicious!||||Since we arrived very late at night, we ordered from a near restaurant and it got there really fast. They also offer beverages at the lobby (which we craved after the walk at the desert)||||The rooms have a tv, a mini freezer, free wi-fi and air...

Hola a todos! Como parte del tour, nos hospedamos en este hotel muy bien ubicado en la ciudad de Nueva.||La gente que lo atiende es súper amable, genial que tienen nevera con múltiples opciones para bebidas.||Las habitaciones son sencillas pero perfectas para lo que se necesita: descansar después de un día arduo de camino. Las habitaciones cuentan con televisor y wifi. Como hace tanto calor tienen todas aire acondicionado. Las duchas no tienen agua caliente, el calor es extremo.... no lo necesitas.||El desayuno es muy rico, huevitos, pan, café, jugo de naranja.||Lo recomiendo como parte del tour de Naventura con quienes hicimos todo el paquete. Esta súper bien ubicado y al frente tienes un lugar genial para tomar jugos naturales....
