Hotel Septima Avenida — Hotel in Neiva

The only good things I can say is that the hotel is close to the bus terminal and the ac worked. ||The receptionist was absolutly unfriendly and not willing to speak slow or easy spanish (our spanish is quite okay). It took her half an hour and three calls to our room to perform check in. As she was the 24h receptionist we asked her to order our taxi for 1.30am and found her asleep on the couch. The door to our room didn't work, so we got locked in. The towls were dirty and i wouldn't want to stay here again. Much better go to air b'n'b...

We spent a night here when we were too late arriving in neiva to take a bus to villa vieja. It was a good location for us as close to the bus station. The lady on the desk was just lovely.
