ENGLISH||||The owner of the hotel was super rude from the beginning. I am part of an entrepreneur organization, we went to do an event for a well recognized organization that helps young people in social risks, the place where we were suppose to have the workshop (the conference room) was not clean, we had to ask for hand towels and extra toilet paper. After finishing the first day of our workshop the lady was complaining about the young people in the pool and was demanding de other part of the payment, which they previously had discussed about how the payment was going to be. In addition there was a water filtration in one of my colleagues room, a really nice young girl (which was not the owner) changed our rooms and apologized. ||||The next morning we had a meticulously planned scheduled and breakfast had to be served at 7:30am because we had to continue the workshop at 8:30am. Breakfast was slow and the last plate was given at 8:30am, we had to move our schedule because of this delay. Before beginning the bathrooms weren't cleaned and we had to go and ask to please clean it. ||We finally got through the day with no help from the hotel. Did they ever go and offer some help o bring us some water? No, they didn't. We had to do it by ourselves because we were scared that this woman was going to throw us out from her hotel and obviously we were doing this for young kids with needs.||The organization has used the hotel before and now... well she lost a great client because of the bad and extremely rude attitude. ||||One, when you have a hotel your guest has to be right, you don't begin to accuse your client about something that has gone out of hand, or have a conflict with him. These are the basic rules of costumer service.||||Treat other the way you would like to be treated, specially if you are a foreigner and you are in a country where good manners and good service are the pillars of the Costa Rican society.||||SPANISH||||La dueña del hotel fue muy grosera desde el comienzo, indicando que no se podían usar una de las instalaciones y que eso no se había acordado previamente.

Read morePretty hotel and all. But the Manager was rude all the stay. Can't say we had a total bad experience at this hotel because the restaurant staff and the young girl at front desk and breakfast were very nice to us. But the old lady in front desk (who is also the manager) was very rude, have to add that she do not speak English at all. We asked for extra coffe to room and she said no but in a very rude way. She couldn't give us full information about what we asked bc as I said, she didn't speak our language. The room is ok so it is the breakfast. But this lady is the bad...
