This was my second time staying at the 4 You Hotel. It was great the first time ... and the second stay was even better. It seems the hotel is always making little upgrades to the rooms. This very comfortable place is great value and a perfect location to get to all of Playa Guiones' restaurants, the natural food store and deli, all the shops. and of course the 5.5 km long beach ... all on foot in minutes, so no need to rent a car or pay for a tuk tuk every time I want to go exploring. As before, the staff members were gracious and always ready to help with anything I needed.
Extra bonus for me as someone who works remotely: I am often sitting outside on one the the several shaded tables, working on my laptop, when one of the frequent short-term power failures occurs. Lucky for me, the Wi-Fi Internet connection continues to work. So thanks, folks, for the battery backup for your router. At other places I've stayed, I would have needed to wait until power was restored (and then 3-4 minutes for the router to reboot) before I could continue my work. This means I spend less time working and more time...
Read moreI stayed at Blue Serenity in Nosara and honestly didn’t want to leave. The vibe is super laid-back but still feels polished and thoughtfully put together. It’s the kind of place that makes you instantly relax the moment you arrive.
The location is perfect—tucked just far enough away to feel peaceful, but still a short walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants and town. The rooms are bright, airy, and super clean, with a modern tropical style that fits the Nosara vibe perfectly.
They’ve got surfboards available to rent right at the property, which made things incredibly convenient. Whether you’re just starting out or already comfortable on a board, there’s a good variety to choose from.
The staff, Angel and Margarita, were the kindest and very helpful with recommendations for local spots. I’d absolutely recommend Blue Serenity to anyone looking to chill, surf, and soak up Nosara. I can’t wait to go...
Read moreI spent a week at Blue Serenity and had a 10/10 experience. It’s a short walk away from great food (Burrito Amor, Cool Bus) and a short golf cart ride (or 12min walk) from Guiones Beach. We scored waves everyday. The hotel has an outdoor shower and pool that we used after hitting the beach. There’s a shared kitchenette area to cut fruit, make drinks and keep bigger items cool if they don’t fit in your room’s fridge. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. They also had great AC which helped us get good sleep, and a break from the heat when we needed it. The hotel is great for people that are traveling and want to mingle with other travelers because there are a few common areas. Angel at the front desk is well connected and helped us book a bunch of different activities (boat, fishing, zip-lining, ATV tour, airport shuttle). I’m going back to Nosara for sure, but only if I can stay at...
