This was some of the best Indian food we’ve ever experienced. We tried all vegetarian entrees, appetizers, and coconut naan and it was all amazing. This is a hard working family style operation with a small number of people taking orders, cooking, and serving. The food was made to order, which was super fresh tasting, but of course takes a bit longer. The server REPEATEDLY LIED to us about how long our food would take. We expected 30min but ended up waiting an hour and a half on food. We STARVED. He once told us food is ready and he just needs to bring it out, then later said it’s only almost ready, then made us wait another half an hour. Food was mediocre, beef was severely overcooked. WhatsApp-ed the shop tonight at 9:45pm after realizing everywhere around my hotel stopped serving food at 9-9:30. The owner said he would keep it open for me until I came.
