Guiones Brewing Company — Restaurant in Nosara

Come from down the road at blue zone brewing where they wouldn’t even look at us. We’re not locals but are relatively nice Canadians.

Guiones Brew took our order and we were served immediately and also as the clouds rolled in and the rain started let us move in to a table with a roof above with no trouble at all.

The drinks are delicious, the beer cold and fresh, the vibes good, the tv is large and easy to see from any table, the pizza is thin crust and cooked perfectly.

Terrible experience. We got there, told us we had to wait for 30 min for our takeaway pizzas. After waiting for 1 hour and some and having more than a couple of drinks, we were asked to pay the pizzas and the drinks. However they told us we still had to wait for 20 more tico minutes for the pizzas to be ready. We decided to leave given that in total would have been almost 2 hours for 3 pizzas. Terrible experience, they have too many tables for the oven size they have and the process is not very efficient....

We had great pizza here. We got the gluten free options, and it was still amazing. Beers were cold, Caipirinhas were great and service was also good. The place is small but we got seats at the bar, and we enjoyed our time. One of our pizzas was hummus, arugula and avocado, weird???... No it was also good! If you love pizza and you have already had enough Costarican food, then try this place in North...
