Old Town Apartments — Hotel in Grad Šibenik

Been there last year. What a chaotic experience! We arrived late in the evening (10:00 PM) in front of the building, tried to call the host around 10 times, no answer. Had to find keys ourselves. When we entered the appartment... Surprise! Was not the one I did book! I book one with stone walls etc. This one was plain white, wifi and air conditionning weren't working. So I asked the host a commercial gesture, and 2 days after, we were at the beach around 12:00 AM and received "Hey guys you have to leave in 1:00 hour" So we were kicked out of the flat and unable to post a review on booking as the host cancelled the booking :) so it was like it never existed! Fortunately, a new flat was found and we were entierly refund! Too bad, because the location was perfect, but the way the host acted..... Bad experience, fortunately...

When we arrived, the owner was unreachable and we didn't even know where the keys were after a long journey, so I had to search through the foliage near the entrance. Once I found the key, I didn't even know what floor it was on, so we had to go through the doors one by one. Once I found the apartment, it was not the one I'd booked. The WiFi and the air-conditioning didn't work. The next day I complained to booking and in the afternoon I received a message from the owner who wanted to kick us out the same day even though we had paid and had no other accommodation solution. Fortunately, booking was quick to relocate us. It's simply outrageous. The worst...

Veľmi príjemné miesto v centre starého mesta v kamennej budove s historickým rázom, výhľad do uličiek. Zachovalý pôvodný typ starého chorvátskeho domu. Vhodné pre max 4 osoby Ideálne 3. Klimatizácia, kuchynka, kúpeľňa. Bez pracky a balkóna. Hostitelia milí mladí ľudia veľmi ochotní . V blízkosti obchody i pamiatky Tiché miesto žiadny bar v prízemí, alebo ruch Pláž tiež v blízkosti Parkovanie neviem povedať, boli...
