Grand Lakes 2 (Annex) — Hotel in Općina Plitvička Jezera

These amazingly kind people deserve more than 5 stars! We've arrived here with a family of 4. We felt at home from the start. Very, VERY kind personel.

On our first day we went to the Plitvice lakes. We asked them to just change the garbage bag and leave the rest as it was. Because we have 2 small children and the room was a complete mess. When we came back, they cleaned everything up anyway.

Absolutely amazing hotel and service. We really enjoyed our quick stay here and the hostess Anna was very sweet, helpful, and available. W e had a few issues with internet and heat and she worked with is quickly to fix it and followed up with us. The room is well appointed and very comfortable!
