What a lovely hotel.|Me and my 6 friends stayed here In June and we were over the moon. We had originally booked to stay at Pambos Napa Rocks. We were in a rush to book and at first glance Pambos looked amazing. All excited after booking it we decided to do some deeper diving - and that’s where the fun stopped. We went onto TripAdvisor to check Pambos out further as we had booked on Love Holidays and there were countless reviews about Rapes, Break-ins and Attacks - and as a group of 6 girls and a gay man, all 20 years old, we were then terrified. We called Love Holidays as our parents now also didn’t want us going to Pambos Napa Rocks Hotel, and they managed to get us into Napa Prince for only a small price difference. We we’re still cautious about going to Ayia Napa because of everything we had read but when we got to Napa Prince Hotel we were made to feel so so safe and welcomed. As soon as we arrived, the main guy instantly told us if we ever have any trouble, even outside of the hotel to come straight to him. They had left the bar open late as they knew we had a late arrival so that they could offer us food for when we arrived. The hotel is quiet and so friendly. The food was lovely and we felt so at ease. We didn’t have a worry in the world at that hotel, it was our safe space for the week. The doors automatically lock behind you and you have a key card to get in. When we had a problem with our kitchen they instantly sent somebody out who was there within 10 minutes. They take shifts on reception so there is somebody there 24/7 and the pool was always clean with plenty of sun beds. The prices for food and drinks are amazing. The apartments are also very clean and very spacious, with working aircon, a kitchen and TVs. At the end of the holiday we were so sad to be leaving, but when we got to the airport our flight got delayed by 20 hours. After a long week of partying the last thing we wanted to do was sleep in the airport and so i called Napa Prince Apartments. I asked if there was any chance they could squeeze the 7 of us in for 1 more night and they did. They moved new arrivals around so that the 7 of us could be accommodated into 2 rooms. We got the best rooms in the hotel, with a huge balcony and pool view. They gave us a deal due to the circumstances, and so we only payed £100 split between the 7 of us for the extra night!! They arranged transport back to the airport again for us the next day too. I could not recommend this hotel any more, we all had the best time, and truly...
Read moreI'll review the napa prince in order of the star ratings above. The rooms are way bigger than we thought they would be. They are really clean and have everything you need for a self-catering hotel. I found that having to buy 2 air conditioning remote controls at 56 euros is a bit expensive. So we just bought one for the bedroom and found it chilled the bedroom fine and after 10 mins the dining room stroke kitchen was cool. The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom was modern. Regarding the service. We were greeted with a warm welcome, and everyone we met during the holiday was really helpful. They were happy to help in any way possible . LOCATION... The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of ayia napa and is a 15 min walk to the main strip and harbour if you are quite fit. To nissi Beach, which is beautiful, is a 35 min walk, but we'll worth it but you need to go early as it does get packed. We chose this location as we didn't want to be near the noise of the clubs and the noisy people after the clubs . RECOMMENDATIONS. The hungry horse is a must if you want GREAT AUTHENTIC FOOD at a good price with really pleasant staff. Family run. It is a 5 min walk from the hotel. OVERALL.. This hotel is great for everything we needed and a must if you just want to chill out in a...
Read moreMixed review - lots of pros and cons.|PROS: good position, away from the noisy centre, but easy walk to shops and restaurants.|Apartment kept clean - frequent changes of sheets and towels.|Pool kept clean and adequate sunbeds|CONS: Main problem was the NOISE at night! The hotel rules clearly state 'no noise between 23.00 and 09.00 , but this did not happen. Noisy guests around the pool area took over the microphone and turned the music up to maximum, so that people had to shout to each other to be heard. A complaint to the front desk at 1.30am worked for awhile - then the noise started again. Some elderly guests did what they liked and the front desk staff lacked managerial experience and could not control them!|The apartment was sparsely equipped - only one saucepan for a two ring hob, no toaster, no Microwave, no hair dryer.|Extras: Although there was a safe and two AC units, the daily cost was 18 Euros a day to use all three (2 for safe and 8 for each AC unit).|The whole holiday could have been vastly improved if the CONS had been addressed...
