This was absolutely terrible. From the food to the service. First of all it is a shame to Afro Caribbean food. Even the “jerk” is not really jerk it’s more like smoky BBQ. The service is terrible, the place was constantly closed during said open times and even portions for what you pay are ridiculous. The place is also quite dirty and cross contamination has taken place numerous times (cutting different meats on random surfaces using take utensils instead of separating, not cleaning up etc). We tried it so many times as we had friends that suggested it to us and we wanted to support them but honestly this is just such a disappointment and an embarrassment to the Afro Caribbean community!! You can just clearly tell that some home cook thought they could handle opening an actual business but the quality, standard, professionalism and everything else are just astonishingly bad!...

Jerk & Jollof is an African Caribbean food fusion, it’s located in deep Ayia Napa party zone. BEWARE : ITS NOT OPEN DURING THE DAY AND ITS TAKE AWAY ONLY. None of the above causes a problem, you work with schedule and it’s possible to eat outside in the small area. The food is amazing, it’s cooked fresh so don’t expect fast food service, the food on offer is just delish, the jollof rice oh my word it’s cooked with just the right flavours and not too soggy or too dry, the jerk pork I had was just perfect not too dry, flavoursome it definitely was , the plantain was seriously perfect, not often you get plantain that’s not sloppy or full of oil, the bonus was the portion size was more than generous and what value for what you get, no wonder it’s a favourite with late night party people, I am so glad I sought it out to sample African Caribbean Cuisine...

Jerk & Jollof is based in the club district of Ayia Nappa. It does not open until 6 p.m., and it's a takeaway service.

However, there is a very small outside eating area for around 6 people.

This is a very busy takeaway service. Ordering ahead will be a wise decision.

The food is excellent, well cooked, and seasoned perfectly. The Jollof rice is extremely good. The jerk chicken is excellent. The portion size is extremely generous. Pricing is on point-reasonably priced, for the quality and quantity of food served.

The food can take 20-30 minutes to arrive. It's piping hot and freshly cooked.
