We stayed here for 1 night in September 2023. We were in room 12, which was a large room with a large balcony with a view of the chapel on the hill. We arrived after 6pm, so nobody was on site to provide us with a key. There was a phone number to call for access. Luckily, we had a Czech speaking guide dropping us off, so he made the call and got the code to the lock boxes to obtain the room key. I am not sure if we would have able to get the keys without our guides help. The walls are thin as we could hear other conversations of other guests. There is no air conditioning, but patio doors fold down from top to let cool air in at night. The main issue we had with room 12 was a support column blocked on side of the bed from accessing the room, so one of us had to crawl across the bottom of the bed to access the room and bathroom. We loved this area of the Czech Republic, but if we ever are in Mikulov again, we will stay at a...
