Hotel Vaka — Hotel in okres Brno-město

Let me start off with saying that the pictures don't do it justice. This is one awesome hotel! The breakfast is wonderful and they replenish it during the 2 hours - it is served from 7AM until 9AM. The coffee is very tasty, and I would recommend the jams as well. When it comes to the location, this is next to a huge shopping mall with a large Tesco store inside - the prices are very good in the store. To address the comments about being too far from the center, it is a 20 minute walk that takes you through Park Luzansky as one of the most scenic walks ever! Ho prenotato in questo Hotel fidandomi del punteggio su TripAdvisor ma, per una volta, ho constatato che la realtà era assolutamente diversa.||Le camere sono grandi, spaziose e così anche il bagno, che risultava comodo e pulitissimo.||||Purtroppo la stessa cosa non si può dire della camera: moquette datata, il letto è un catafalco rivestito con tessuto damascato (non sfoderabile) ed il materasso è di quelli sottili (5 cm circa) che fa da top. ||Il materassino è coperto con un lenzuolo ad angoli e sotto c'è un copri materasso in spugna che fa venire il dubbio di essere lì dalle guerre puniche. ||Il cuscino era vecchiotto e durante la notte la mia allergia alla polvere è esplosa gioiosamente.||La sensazione è di essere in un Motel per commessi viaggiatori solitari.||La presenza di un cucinino in camera può essere di conforto per chi non vuole (o non può) spendere per cenare fuori ma purtroppo lo scarico del lavello è fonte di effluvi di odore dolciastro.||La mattina ci si sveglia col sorgere del sole perché le tende pesanti sono, in realtà, trasparenti e fanno passare la luce.||Se non sveglia la luce, sarà l'odore della preparazione della colazione a farlo.||Ragazze in reception gentili.||La colazione non l'ho provata nonostante fosse inclusa nella tariffa.||||Hotel perfetto per chi chiede poco, ma trovo non sia assolutamente in linea con la classe dichiarata (4*).||||Di solito evito di scrivere recensioni negative, ma qui la differenza tra il punteggio virtuale a ciò che è in realtà è notevole.||||Comodo il parcheggio ma non basta certo a rendere l'Hotel adatto a viaggiatori business.||||Prezzo della camera singola di poco inferiore ai 100€ ma il tutto sarebbe proporzionato ad un prezzo/notte tra i 40€ ed i...

I stayed recently 3 days in a business trip. The hotel is very comfortable, rooms are nice, bathroom is big and clean. Internet working pretty good and breakfast is not great but quite good with coffee directly from a coffee machine, something to be appreciated.||People at the reception were very nice and friendly and attending my needs.||The only disadvantage is that is a bit far away from the downtown and like 40 minutes walking from the center so coming just for tourism , I would look for something closer to the city.||Overall, a very...
