Hotel Rehavital — Hotel in okres Jablonec nad Nisou

I have been in this nice city in the beginning of August 2022. We decided to choose hotel Rehavital due to it good location in the city center and nice price. As I read comments before, I can say that hotel passed through some definite changes...it is beautiful!😍 The atmosphere is absolutely amazing! And you can feel it starting from reception desk and finishing with great inner garden)) We were staining in double bed room. Everything what u need is there - modern refurbishment, fresh towels and bedding, locker , hairdryer, amazing bathroom with huge shower 🙂 The location is quiet (public garden is close as well and shopping center, but still no any disturbance) and this is all what u need to meet sunrise and sunset in calm atmosphere after work week.

Breakfast. It is definitely delicious and various 😋 everybody can find the perfect dish)) my recommendation is to try drinks on a bar. My favorite one is with spruce taste - very delicious!

Most of the points of this review go to the manager )) little of introduction here. We were going to this city to have a rest and enjoy the sides only (true), without knowing anything about the city itself... But staff of the hotel surprised me a lot) If u have time and inspiration you can learn some facts about city by taking a quest that hotel had prepared for their customers. Just follow the map, find hidden questions and you may get pleasant surprise from hotel. To tell the truth- we did not succeed with necessary amount of questions ( but we had such a good time without even planning it! As well u can ask for some special, let's say , offers from the hotel, and try set of beer in local pab (special price)or visit a Zoo....Never ever I faced smth like this before in other hotels in leasure locations)))try it!!!

The last and not the least. Hotel is providing spa/massage/sauna for customers. And if u r smarter than we were- you order those services in advance as they are very much popular) Last minute we could book just sauna, that we actually liked a lot. P.S. Don't have photos of the hotel, but thete are some from...

There is no concordance between the checking hours and the reals, on the web they say 22:00 h, and then it's at 21:30 h in one paper that they give you to the next day when you had been to stayed in other hotel 15 km far for the last night, they call to the travel agency 15' before to close the reception ... It's a stupid thing, instead to provide you one code and to entry at the hotel, al also a box to give you the key of your room, this is the mentality that they have, nothing for the customer, ..... I think it is really easy to improve these disappointments ... one box and one code to access.....

... also in the next day, the hot water for the shower didn't work, so I had to went to work without a shower, .... And for the last unfortunate thing, they don't want to give you any legal claim sheet .... even as one of the rights we have in Europe, so tomorrow morning I'll go to the police to make a Legal Complaint.

Really I don't recommend at all this kind of hotel, even the breakfast is a really decadent ... more likely to a school, nothing to the pictures they show at the web, ....

There are other hotels much better close to this one, ... and with legal claim sheet at...

We use this hotel for our visitors years ago. As well 20 years ago we get married there. Wow such big changes. Furniture and carpet at room should be exchange time ago. We can hear all what happen at hotel corridor. Restaurant closed. Very nicely rebuild sauna area but better to spend money for doing something with hotel rooms. |Breakfast was really good. But if you just look behind bar or to open doors next to bar - some cleaning should be definitely done. Whole time very friendly staff at reception . Maybe lady serving breakfast should not be dressed at army style of dress. I’m sure that there are better options where to stay at Jablonec. As well understated why our company quest staying at another hotels or close cities. Is much more like pension ( if...
