Good location and receptionist quite nice person. but when you think that you will get the 4 star hotel service... you will just dissapointed ! This hotel isn't that present for 4 star hotel rate. It;s sooooo away from that ! I gave them 2 star only ! The room is very basic, breakfast is nothing special about it and the matras very horibble (you can feel the spring on your body). We arrived close to midnight, they gave us the room but it was defect room (the door was damaged). Finally we got the other room in the other floor, and next day we need to change to other room in the other buidling. The housekeeping mostly the horrible nightmare ! DND Card doesn't mean anything for them. They could knock to your door even there's DND card and asking me out (her eyes almost pop up because yealling with her language that i don't understand) so they can make up the room at 10am while you can't be at the hotel's lobby waiting while your room being clean because not other place to stay to hang around. The only seating area just small space infront of front desk with two sad chairs or at the restaurant that seems always dark. And for this kind of hotel and service -...

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in Teplice...das Gebäude ist von äussern sehr alt! Wenn man telefonisch bucht und die Repception anruft das man da ist öffnen diese automatisch eine Glastür-tor wo man direkt in den Innenhof fährt! Die Einfahrt sieht aus al wenn man über einen Teppich fährt...man fühlt sich als Edelkunde😁 sind aber nur Fliesen.Man geht vorne in die Repcetion nicht nimmt seine Karte mit der alle Türen zu öffnen sind. Garage Zimmertür. Das Hotel ist renoviert worden..das Treppenhaus is weiss und hell gestrichen .Die Treppen sind grau und Naturstein.der Teppich auf den Fluren rot .die Wände rot schwarz liniert auf weissen Untergrund.
Die Zimmertür schwer und mit Karte zu öffnen. Links die Toilette mit schwarzen Fliesen.Dusche begehbar. Der Schlafraum mit Boyspringbetten deren Matratzen in meinem Zimmer gerade noch so gehen! Es fehlt ein Toper! Trotzdem gut geschlafen! Wasserkocher mit Cafe und Tee vorhanden..wenn es knackt Wasser Löcher an die Seite stellen macht immer Geräusche! Das Zimmer hat einen Kühlschrank mit Bier und Cola! Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden! Schreibtisch mit Viel Infomaterial über die Gegend vorhanden! Wenn man Nachts raus schaut stört die Gelbe Laterne vor dem Haus. Tip: Zimmer nach hinten raus! Mein Tip nachts nicht dort durch die Gegend laufen. Ein Döner Laden ist gleich Rechts!
Man kann es essen ist geschmacklich gut.. bekommt dort Chips Getränke Süssigkeiten uvm.
Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig!
Wer abends kommt sollte direkt anrufen und direkt in den Innenhof fahren!
Die Räume sind sehr hoch und die Türen schliessen aber bei dem Zimmer 509 war ein grosser Spaltwo Licht vom Flur einfiel!
Wer also sich noch im Bett amüsieren will sollte damit rechnen das man es hört😁!
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und super! Der Restaurantbereich Top und sehr gepflegt!
Das Personal freundlich..deutsch und englisch sprechend!
