Restaurace Pod Lampou v Teplicích v Šanově — Restaurant in okres Teplice

This was our second visit to the restaurant, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, our order was taken promptly, and we waited approximately 30 minutes for our food.

When the meals were served, one of the side orders was missing. We politely pointed this out to the staff, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, they responded with irritation and appeared dismissive. It took repeated insistence before we were finally given the missing item — not without being told that it had already been served, which was simply untrue.

While the food itself was decent, the lack of basic customer service and the staff’s unwillingness to acknowledge a clear mistake left a very negative impression. We expected a higher standard from an establishment...
