If you search for cheap but very clean accomodation that is in walking distance of city centre, train station, parks, restaurants etc., just go for it. Do not expect luxury but you get what you pay for. Large bright rooms, even bathroom with shower, quiet sleep. Walls are quite thin, noisy neighbours could bother you.
