We’ve been loyal customers for several years, and every visit to Znojmo includes a stop at MaxWilliam for lunch and a beer. We’ve always appreciated the consistent quality of your food and drinks, and we’ve introduced many friends to this place over the years.
However, during our last two visits, we noticed an issue with the service that we feel compelled to share. On both occasions, the waitstaff appeared unmotivated and disengaged, spending time on their phones and seeming reluctant to serve. While we understand that everyone can have an off day, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism really stood out, especially for a place as inviting and charming as MaxWilliam is.
