We’ve been loyal customers for several years, and every visit to Znojmo includes a stop at MaxWilliam for lunch and a beer. We’ve always appreciated the consistent quality of your food and drinks, and we’ve introduced many friends to this place over the years.

However, during our last two visits, we noticed an issue with the service that we feel compelled to share. On both occasions, the waitstaff appeared unmotivated and disengaged, spending time on their phones and seeming reluctant to serve. While we understand that everyone can have an off day, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism really stood out, especially for a place as inviting and charming as MaxWilliam is.

We share this feedback because we truly enjoy coming to MaxWilliam and would love for the service to match the high quality of the food and atmosphere. We hope this is taken as constructive input and that future visits can be as enjoyable as they’ve been...

Not being gen z I've eaten ribs before. Much better than this. Beer is really nothing special either. What did strike me here was the ability for staff to vape and sit at the bar. What a cool impression not to mention smell. However, the best was a female I can only assume as the manager or maybe owner, who sat on small table just by the entrance door. As this door was open, and my table was the first, then I had the great pleasure of constant streams of smoke from real cigarettes. A few mates stopped by and also had a chat and a smoke with her.
