Pink House Apartments — Hotel in Prague

This is probably the worst place to stay in Prague (I have stayed in over 20 hotels and more than a dozen apartments in the past year and a half).

The apartment is dirty and stuffy (there is no ventilation), and the manager, Alina, while in a state of severe intoxication, forced us to move out in the middle of the night. We had to leave for a hotel without our belongings, which she forbade us from taking.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort. Das Deluxe Apartement war genauso wie das normale Apartment (sogar mit kleinerem Fernseher und unmoderner eingerichtet), hat aber mehr Geld gekostet. Die Sauberkeit war unzumutbar. Das Bettlaken war schmutzig, das Tischset war komplett eingesaut, in der Mikrowelle waren Essensreste vom Vorgänger und auf dem Boden lagen 2 kleine Scherbenstücke (mega gefährlich, wenn man, wie wir, mit Baby dort ist). Im Apartement im DG ließen sich die Dachfenster nicht richtig schließen und draußen waren es Minusgrade. Für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern waren nur 4 Betten vorgesehen. Das Frühstück war ein absoluter Witz. Das ist nicht mal 3 Euro wert und hat nicht annähernd etwas mit der Beschreibung, geschweige denn mit den Fotos zutun. Also da fehlen mir die Worte, um das überhaupt zu Beschreiben. Unser Tisch hatte einen runden schwarzen Brandfleck, das Bett hat sich auseinandergeschoben und der Kühlschrank war unglaublich laut. Im Flur gab es kein Licht, total gefährlich bei Dunkelheit und Treppen.

Das Einzige, was gut funktioniert hat, war die Organisation und Kommunikation. Insgesamt kann ich das Pink House Appartment nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Kosten der Abbuchung waren auch anders als gebucht. Pro Buchung (und es waren 4) sind über 2-4€ mehr angebucht worden, als es bei Booking...

I can feel the springs in the mattress, which desperately needs replacing. In the other bed, the lattice misses a few boards.
