Be careful when website give you a price reduction unexpectedly, it actually just changed your room,

This is not the room we thought we were booking,

The apartment has one window, 30cm Infront of that window they have built a (luxury) apartment blocking 98 % of all light, The apartment is damp requiring the bathroom and toilet fan to run at all times to keep a decent humidity, in the month we visited it was warm but the flat was hot at all times, opening the window makes no difference to the dampness in the air,

Lift provided stops on floors with stares making the lift worthless for a baby pram or disabilities,

The apartment was clean

But it was also cleaned when we put up a do not disturb on the door.

The apartments are spotless and the area is nice, the cafe/ice cream shop next door is exceptionally good The apartments are beautiful and it's right in front of a tram stop 10 mins from the city...

Location is excellent, just a short ride to city centre. However the walls are paper thin, if you are unlucky and there is a party in one of the apartments, you will know. I could hear people from above walking and talking like they were next to me. It's a pity because rooms would otherwise be spacious and new. Also there is no reception, only virtual one which gives this hotel a very cheap feeling and in case of emergency, there is nobody there for you. There was not enough supplies in the room including basics and not enough utensils, glasses etc. Definitely not a 4* as advertised it's 3* at best. Because of the noise I wouldn't...

The apartment is well.equiped, nice and spacious. But, parking is limited and I'm not sure it's mentioned anywhere, I've arrived and had to find spot on the street which is nearly impossible. Receptionist didnt really helped even that she said she will send me pakring alternatived, I just got welcome email again. Tram is super close which is nice, but it comes with 24 hours of tram noise stopping at the ststion. Apartments are access is with stairs, its written in the description, so.its not a complain...
