Long review but worth saving your money!!This place is a dump! Trash everywhere on property. I see workers walk right by and not clean up trash but sweep some leaves. People are not nice or welcoming and if you speak English you are screwed. Honestly, my husband and I felt that Americans are not welcomed. We got ultimate leisure club benefits from a friend. We were supposed to have a leisure club room but didn’t get it, likely b/c room wasn’t ready. We did have a concierge who thankfully spoke pretty good English but it was her and one other for leisure club that spoke English. Besides her and 3 others, know one spoke English not even the woman in the pharmacy whom should. Had to use my translator and show her what I wanted then she laughed. Other places like Mexico and Costa Rica, the staff were bilingual and happy to have Americans as we are tourists contributing to their economy. This resort only catered to Latin Americans not Americans. We saw maybe one other family that spoke English. All of the pool entertainment music and event announcer was Spanish and played music in Spanish the entire time. We never knew what was going on and didn’t feel apart of the resort. We learned from other couples at punta Cana airport that they loved their resort stay and staff spoke English and they played American music at least a mix of it. There were so many other Latin Americans and some French speaking it felt like this one wasn’t for Americans. We were recommended this place from friends that went a few years ago through ultimate leisure club. She is shocked to hear about how downhill it has gone. Honestly, we wasted 1400$ to stay here 4 nights. We wanted to leave earlier but too hard to make arrangements with flights. Could had went to Orlando in Florida and been way happier and had better service. You would think people working at a resort would be grateful for the opportunity and happy tourists are spending money for their livelihood but we didn’t get that feeling at all. It’s literally a 3rd world country outside of resorts. All you see is trash around. Room: we waited 1.5 hours for our room to be ready only to learn it never was. We never had shampoo and conditioner. There is water damage in the bathroom. The sliding closet door is really hard to open. Refrigerator doesn’t cool. TV doesn’t play audio on some channels. Never got room service and had to put in 4 maintenance requests and constant calling ultimate leisure club to get someone to come. The leisure club staff said they put in request to Maintenance and housekeeping never came. Second day at resort there was no hot water for most of day time, so cold showers it was. It was constant follow up to vip longer etc to get things done. It got so bad we got moved to presidential suite because my friend called ultimate leisure club about all the inconveniences it caused us. We told leisure club concierge we would move to new room since they wouldn’t reimburse us for some of trip. So we get the keys and go to the new room and it’s not ready. Hot, our son’s bed wasn’t made, lizards in the room and no luggage because they never moved our luggage over when hotel staff was supposed to. Constant follow- up to do their job. It was exhausting and not at all relaxing vacation. The pools and entertainment: The pools are dirty, need cleaned, lights in pools are broken and cables sticking out. Same trash on mermaid statue for 4 days. Jet on bottom of one cooling pool is broke and sharp. We can’t enjoy the beach because there is 3 feet of seaweed and the water is dark. All the photos I seen was crystal blue water and beautiful beaches. This place is worse than Atlantic beach on Florida coast that we live on. I have more to say, but Google only only allows you so much content. Do not go here, especially if you’re from United States. Apparently other resorts in the area are 1000 times better.

Spent a week here with my wife and 3 kids and all in all we weren't impressed. 1st the really only good thing about the resort was the beach where you can snorkel and see cool wildlife right off shore. The main pool was good if you were able to get up at 5-530am everyday and reserve good seats otherwise you just have to pray the weather cooperates. Now this is a "members resort" so if you aren't a member 1 your service is substantially worse and 2 everyone is trying to sell you to become a member. We did the "VIP breakfast" which was literally the same as the regular buffets so you still waited for a table/eggs/glassware/drinks ect. Then they don't even listen to what you want they just keep giving you cheaper and cheaper deals to try and get you committed and locked in, even the free shirt they gave because they "ran out of agents" our 1st appt was cheap and faded after 1 wash. The property itself is very nice and well maintained, but it's so big and spread out, so be prepared to be walking a lot and check the maps, but at night the property is very nice to walk around and explore. Another thing we weren't fond of is they basically force you to the concierge to make dinner reservations unless you are OK with 9-10pm dinner every night, they havd an app to reserve times but it hardly works, mainly they just want to push the membership offers. The food was very subpar at best, the buffets every morning were always the same never any variety at all and the "fine dining" we were barely ever asked if we wanted drinks and it felt like I was at any other restaurant mediocre food with mediocre service, the food truck out front tho makes some good food to get you thru They also had a cool sports bar and coffee shop that were great but soo far awar from everything you had to go out of your way to enjoy it. The kids club was so far away from everything that unless you were going there for a specific activity they are hosting it's almost pointless. The drinks are so inconsistent as well and I mean all drinks, 5 different bars will give you 5 different daiquiris same with iced coffee or really any other drink. Now every night between I think 7-9pm or 6-8pm there is a stand in the lobby making a specialty drink for the evening and they are usually amazing. The shows as well were very good at night, but you better hope you have decent timed dinner reservations or you may miss it. The rooms were ok, we had a family suite but we had to basically beg them or steal towels everyday because they wouldn't clean our room. Also for some reason there is only half a door on the shower so you literally flood your bathroom everytime you shower. The Waterpark on-site which was a main reason we booked this location was ok for younger kids but the slides were a little painful on the back and elbows, so we only went 1 day. Another important note to add is unless it is a very minor medical issue you should totally avoid the on site doctor, they really do nothing for you charge you 215$ and call you a cab to the hospital which costs another 120$. My daughter had cut her knee, and they put gauze/tape handed me a bill and called a cab, so save yourself 215$ and call a cab yourself, also the onsite pharmacy didnt have waterproof bandaids so i had to have a local 1 deliver them to me which seems crazy to have an onsite pharmacy at a resort with a waterpark/beach and multiple pools to not have. All in all, unless I was a member, I most likely would not come back to this resort or recommend it to anyone, I'd rather just have the best service possible be standard than extra imo.

The worst experience I’ve ever had from a “5 star hotel.” When we were checking in, the lady who was helping us suddenly just left without telling us. There were about 3 families that were checked in that were behind us. We asked for help and the front desk asked us who was helping us and why she left. Obviously I wouldn’t know because she just left without telling us. It took an hour for us to just check in. On the second day, my allergies started breaking out and needed to get to my room to get my meds. We asked the room cleaner twice to call the front desk to help us open the door. We waited 20 minutes out in the heat to be let in but no one came to help us. I had to walk to the lobby and told the front desk about the situation but the two guys just laughed at me and started talking in Spanish. I showed them my hives that were increasingly growing around my body. I had to go downstairs 3 times because they were not taking my situation seriously that I told them that I’m done talking to them and I need to talk to the manager. One of the guys said I don’t need to talk to the manager and he can handle the situation for us. He tried to prevent me from talking to the manager multiple times. Once I got a hold of the manager, Sefora, half of my body was flaring out and I told her that if I don’t get to my room immediately that I would get into shock and will need an ambulance. That’s when everyone pretended like they cared. I needed buckets of ice because half of my body had hives. We waited from 11am to 12 noon just to open the door. The door wasn’t working again the following day except this time we had no access to log in to the resorts website. We couldn’t see the resort schedule, the restaurant menus, and resort activities. We were basically treated like outsiders. We had to text Sefora about which restaurants we wanted to go to. On our last day, we had no AC in our room. It was 85 degrees Fahrenheit (30 Celsius) outside but it was a lot warmer in our room. We didn’t want to bother Sefora but after 45 minutes of waiting, we had to text her again. Upon texting her, the engineer arrived within 5 minutes. The room wasn’t fixed and we had to sleep in the hot weather before the AC started working around 5am. I asked her to give us another room but was rejected. It was nearly midnight and had not energy to argue anymore. Not only were the front desk customer service were the worst experienced I’ve had with any hotel/air bnb, the workers around the hotel were rude. Some haggled for tips. We didn’t bring much cash because we don’t withdraw until we get to the hotel. The person who brought our bags up would not leave our room until we give him cash. He just stood in front of the door with the door open. I asked one of the employees in the restaurant for a cup so I can get a drink. She told me I have to go outside in the bar to get one. I told her I need a drink inside this restaurant and not outside 100 feet away from the restaurant. She just said “no comment” and looked away. The people who were working with coconuts would not give you the coconuts unless you give them cash either. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. For $650, I’d recommend just get a $50 Airbnb somewhere else and just visit a random beach. None of the food here stood out. The best they had to offer was the nachos bought from the grocery store. The beach and the music entertainment at night were amazing. Other than that, there’s no way I can recommend this hotel. Added photos and videos so this review may reach more people.

I booked my summer holidays to Dominican Republic staying at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana which Identifies themselves as a 4* Resort. I was really looking forward to this holiday as I travel yearly and look forward to experiencing different cultures, food and activities.||||Pros - ||1. Wifi very hoid no issues with connection ||2. Water Parks - not as large as advertised, but very good, despite one of the rides was out of service fir the 14 days we were there ||3. No extra charge for Al A Carte Restaurants, you just had to book your reservations||4. Wild life on the grounds, loved seeing the ducks in the morning with their chicks||||Cons - Location in the middle of nowhere, you had to travel for 45 minutes before you get to one local shop to purchase gifts ||2. This is one of the worst hotel I have ever been to and I travel at least 4 times a year. The staff was very rude, unpleasant, there is no service with a smile unless you're a big tipper. Most spoke limited English, even te dedicated concierge, which made it difficult to express or raise any concerns. I booked months in advanced and requested High Floor/Quite as I am a very light sleeper. I booked via TUI, therefore my expectation was to get the 4* hotel I was paying for.||Upon arrival tge resort appeared Grand, therefore I had High hopes. The welcome Tropical Punch was luke warm, no ice, which was a touch of things to come.||3. The room as requested was on the 3rd floor, but to my dismayed m, rather than getting 2 beds as requested as I was travelling with my teenage chikd, I was given a Romantic Room with one bed. We were tired after a long flight, so dropped our bags and popped to the dinner buffet for a meal. Dissatisfaction is an understatement, the choices were limited and that is me being polite . Pizza, rice, red beans, some fish and a few bits and pieces. It was alarmingly underwhelming, Tge rice was very hard and tasteless, not mentioned the fish, which still had scales. We decided to skip dinner and turn i for a early night.||The room came with a jacuzzi bath, which I was looking forward to, but once filled the button to release te water was not working, we called reception 4 times no one answered. The sink also did not release water, and wit no one answering tge phone I had to leave it until the morning to report at reception. The food to the balcony was faulty, I had to use all my strength to try and open, which slightly injured my shoulder, which was dore for a few days. I reported all the issues on my first day, both to the Hotel and TUI'S Rep. They arranged a room change, but opposite to what I requested, it was on the ground floor, right next to cleaning the staff restock station. I stayed multiple times, I am a light sleeper, need high floor quite area, due to the staff limited English they kept saying, like this room, response x 4, no I will get disturbed by other guest and staff, but I ended up, taking it as he couldn't understand what I was trying to say.||I was restless throughout my entire 14 nights, due to noise from guests late ar nights and staff in the early hours of the morning restocking their cleaning cart and jesting with each other.||Poor hygiene in the room, the bath wasn't cleaned on a few days, stirring sticks for the coffee was left to be reuse in clean cups, no wash cloths left most days abd broken curtains rods which let excess light in. Reported all these issues, I spent most of my time at the concierge desk|| The buffet restaurants for evening meals, was lacking to.put it politely. The variety was limited and repetitive. Long queues, poor customer service. We will sit for extensive periods waiting to make a drink order. I dropped my fork requested a change as it was obviously dirty, I was told no.more, ran out shocking ||* The Beach was the most disgusting, dirty and covered with mountains of Seaweed, I've ever seen in my travels. We only got to use the beach 2 days out of 14, which was devastating as that is one of the main focus points of my trips. They had 3 staff with wheel barrows attempting to move the Seaweed to the other end of the beach. Which was a complete waste of time. Due to the pile uo of Seaweed you could smell the stench from mikes away. This was not advertised in any.of their promotional vedios. I have photos and vedios to support this||The Raw Bar - Sea Food Al A Carte Restaurant staff was very rude and dismissive || My chikd found a foreign Object, a string of metal in her food at tge Brazilian Al A Carte Restaurants on the 15/08/25. We Reported immediately to a staff, who took.it over to the male who appeared to be tfe head chef. He took it and laughed. We left immediately, a supervisor came abd apologies abd I requested to make a report and it was now a health and safety issue. She offered me a complimentary Taino Dinner which guests would normally have to.psy extra for, I refused as I took the incident rather serious as zif my child had swallowed the string of metal she would have had serious health implications. No one from management ever spoke to me about the. issue. I reported to TUI'S Rep on the 16/08, still heard nothing, I then asked a formal complaint to TUI on the 17/08, zi requested to leavevtge hotel early and take a earlier flight, but was told by TUI that I would have to.pay the extra cost to make any amendments.||The list goes on, but I checked out on the 21/08/25 and no management made any form.of contact to discuss tge health and safety issue ||My holiday was ruined, not...

I just completed a wedding booking at the grand sirenis punta Cana April 14-21. This was my second stay at a grand sirenis. My last one was at the riviera maya location. I was really excited to return to a different grand sirenis location seeing that my last visit was phenomenal. The stark differences between these locations is palpable. I will list some of the things that were disappointing during our stay. We are not left with all the happy memories we were hoping for. It hurts my heart that my guests trusted me to bring them to have an amazing time and that didn’t happen for the most part. We can’t unfortunately redo this trip or our wedding….

Regarding the bridal hair and makeup. I didn’t end up using the artist because they didn’t know what to do with my hair or copy any makeup pictures I provided. It was disgustingly simple as I don’t wear a lot of makeup so it was a very simple and natural picture I showed her. This is what the wedding department told me to do and said show them the picture and they’ll recreate it. A total of three different woman came in and I explained it to each one and even used google translate for the last one. Then she tried 4 times to simply pencil my eyebrows. She continued to use a pencil that was 5 shades lighter than my hair color and the shape was not something that suited my eyes or face. I stayed for 45 minutes trying to give her a chance to get my very important bridal hair and makeup done and when I saw how close the ceremony was getting I told her she just wasn’t understanding and I couldn’t waste any more time seeing the ceremony was rapidly approaching. I ended up having no bridal hair or makeup completed because all I had time for was running back to my room and getting a family member to try to get some kind of makeup on my face. As for my hair I didn’t even have time to do anything with it. I wouldn’t wish what I went through on any bride. For the make up there was no brush sanitation and it was pure disorganization. The make up artist looked completely flustered. My natural curls only needed to by pinned with a headband and she started grabbing and making my hair a frizzy mess for the wedding day. I left there in tears…

The runner that was promised based on wedding packages sent to us by Kircady was not the runner at the wedding. I was promised this beautiful floral runner and I walked down on essentially a thin white sheet covered partially by sand.

Our guests had no direction after the ceremony from Kircady. No one knew where to go after the ceremony and Kircady just left. No one gave our guests the champagne or said to help themselves to the appetizers. Then before my guests were even done with pictures the champagne was packed up and my guests received nothing.

When we showed up to the reception there was two people in the restaurant. Everyone went back to their rooms because there was no organizing or direction by our planner. All of my guests said that she said nothing to them and just left. So my husband and I showed up to an empty reception and had to wait for our guests to get to the reception.

The photographers took 911 pictures and it was a struggle to choose 100 as they were not well done. We have no big group pictures etc that were worth ordering. There were two photographers and again no direction so half our guests would be looking at one camera and then the other half looking and the second photographer. No one even knew which photographer to look at. I was crying when we were looking at the pics because they were so poorly done. Another wedding couple that came to give their deposit at the same time as our viewing ended up cancelling the wedding photographer based on what they saw for our wedding pictures. The car that we were told was supposed to be there for us after our pictures to take us to the restaurant never showed up so we walked through the grass in my wedding dress and his suit in the rain all the way to the restaurant in my bare feet because Kircady left with my shoes that she was holding. I could say more but reached my...

I have been visiting Punta Cana for 20 years and this is the first time I made a mistake in choosing a hotel, it was the first time I visited Grand Sirenis Punta Cana from June 4 to June 13 2025 and it was a total disappointment! ... the hotel needs maintenance everywhere, the rooms need an upgrade, the hotel does not offer hair conditioner, something so vital and important in the service offered by hotels, no hotel lacks hair conditioner since it is a vital service offered in any hotel in the world ... imagine my hair and my daughter's hair hard after washing it only with shampoo with all the chlorine received from the pools, on many occasions I complained to the concierge about this situation and they never did anything! ... even Mr. Daniel, one of the hotel executives, informed me that the Resort did not handle conditioners and therefore did not have that service! ... REALLY?? so I ended up buying one at the hotel store... the bathrooms, specifically the shower, had problems with water flooding through the ceiling... I even found mold in the bathrooms, the photos they show of the rooms on online platforms are not real... They changed my room the first time because of a report I made of poor room condition and they gave me another one with the same conditions... then I had the opportunity to talk with one of the hotel executives, Mr. Daniel, and he changed me to a different room, which was fine but too far away, and since I went with a 6-year-old girl, she got very tired walking, and even us adults did, since the hotel doesn't even provide transportation service to move from one place to another...They don't keep the beach clean as they should!... I couldn't swim even one day because of the filth of the sargassum... I had a friend staying at the Dream Macao just minutes from this Resort Grand Sirenis on those same days and the beach at the Dream Macao resort was very clean with crystal clear water and I was at a resort where I couldn't swim on the beach because of the filth... One goes to Punta Cana more to enjoy the beaches and this Resort didn't even have that much good!...a total disaster! the pools are disgusting! They need total maintenance and repairs, with a very unpleasant appearance and smell, in short, the entire hotel needs to be closed for repairs!... the food is terrible!... the buffets are useless! They have no variety of food or drinks, and it's also very bad! , it does not have good flavor ... the food in the a la carte restaurants is not bad except in some that it is, in those restaurants they have very bad service! ... you can be more than an hour to be served ... the workers are very disorganized making your stay unpleasant ... the pool bars do not serve either! with almost everything missing to make you a good drink like something as simple as having the mint for a simple mojito and a lack of other things that really not even having a good drink in that hotel is good! .... the only good thing they have are the shows at night that are very good, the animation part of the hotel plus the dancers that make the shows possible, other than that it is a disaster! I don't understand how there are guests who can give this Resort 5 stars and can lie about it with so many problems that the Grand Sirenis in Punta Cana has.! I feel so bad for having spent my money on 10 days of stay with my family at a resort that was not worth it! ... The Grand Sirenis in Punta Cana is a scam !!

No...
