Italian Restaurant "Cinecitta" — Restaurant in Higüey

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary So we decided to spend it in an Italian restaurant, we left the restaurant promptly at 6:30 p.m. and a table was waiting for us, we took with us a cake that we received from the resort as part of our fifth wedding anniversary, we ordered spaghetti bolognese and spaghetti carbonara, for which we waited 40 minutes, the portions resembled starter So we decided to order additional food in the form of lasagna and grilled chicken breast with potatoes. The waiting time was 26 minutes and everything was cold. I noticed that the waiters didn't pay any attention to us at all, even though it was our five-year wedding anniversary, they were only taking care of some people who had black armbands on their IP. Food only had good presentation. Nice plate setup. Thats it. Lacked flavor, authenticity and overall idea of the dish. I asked for a caprese salad and recieved a beautifully decorated plate with tiny dropplings of grated mozzerella,3 chery tomatoes cut in half and placed facing down scattered on the plate. Pizza was bland. Meat was waaaaay undercooked. Ice cream dessert tasted like old cheese...

We felt like we were not welcome in the restaurant. My little girl asked for the soup in appetizers but she never got it. We also asked for a little portion of lasagna for my kid, they served the same portion as an adult has normally.
