Mr. Miguel is very pleasant to do business with. I arrived close to 2:00 am, I called him and he was able to answer his phone to open the door. Normally, you don't expect anyone to answer their phone around this hour, but the fact that I told him what time I might arrive from Boston, he was able to stay awake in order to open the door for me.
