5 Stars!!🌟 2nd time here! Had to leave a review!! Food was soooo good we didn’t actually take pics of the main dishes.. guys my wife and I fought over the last bit of churrasco and chimichuri (with REAL extra virgin olive oil), from how phenomenal the quality is here. She says the beef carpaccio was out of this world, so I recommend you order that as appetizer!

Overall, The food AND quality here was 11/10! Clean ingredients, for affordable price. I was shocked when the bill came.. used to Santo Domingo high prices.. here it’s lovely!

Their back patio is a hidden gem, great for a private dinner and a cigar. Highly recommend for cigar smokers.

Beautiful setup, very cozy and cute. The food was not as memorable as it should've been for the popularity of the place, but I got nothing bad to say about it. This is supposed to be an Italian place, but the menu doesn't suggest Italian given that they have burgers and wraps in addition to the pastas. I took 2 stars out because the service left much to be desired for... that dude was not happy with someone in the kitchen and his attitude towards the costumers was borderline rude. ...AND slow. Place looked clean, although I left soon after I finished my meal and didn't explore the outdoor and front patio seating area. Hence no pictures. I'll give it another...

Esta noche fui con mis padres a cenar en su restaurante, donde había disfrutado previamente de la comida, el servicio y el ambiente. Sin embargo, lamentablemente, en esta ocasión desde el inicio la atención por parte del camarero dejó mucho que desear. No se presentó adecuadamente por lo cual no se como se llama y mostró prisa excesiva al tomar nuestras órdenes. Mi padre pidio un Gin tonic con una marca específica que no tenían disponible, el camarero prometiendo conseguirla, sirvio una totalmente diferente, pensando que talvez mi padre pasaria desaspercibido, pero que con su experiencia, notó claramente que no era esa la que habia pedido. Durante el servicio de entradas, el camarero retiró abruptamente el plato de ensalada que mi mi padre se estaba sirviendo, anunciando que los platos principales estaban en camino, sin siquiera consultar si podía retirarlos los platos, se los llevo de la mesa. A este punto, me sentía exasperada por su falta de respeto. Solicité cambiar de camarero y el que nos atendió luego fue amable y profesional, presentándose y ofreciendo su servicio con cortesía. Recordé que Rafael me había atendido de manera similar en una visita anterior, destacándose por su trato respetuoso y amable con los clientes. Nunca antes me había sentido tan irrespectada e indignada. El servicio al cliente, además de la calidad gastronómica, es fundamental para el éxito de un restaurante. Desafortunadamente, Giacomo estuvo muy lejos de cumplir con estas expectativas. Solicité hablar con el gerente al final de la noche, ( dado que tambien pude notar su trato a una cliente que llegaba reciente), pero supuestamente no se encontraba disponible.
