EDITED: March 2024 The churrasco was still amazing! The side items still need a little love. I had veggie kebab and they were cold. Cold the whole way through. Not warm or even slightly cool. Would have been nice to have the veggies at least warm.

Service was much faster tonight.

It was a nice outdoor spot.

All grilled meats, fried side items (fries and tostones and a few others).

The meats we ordered were tasty and cooked well; picahna & churrasco. Our friends ordered the pork chop and pechurinas (chicken tenders).

The fries and tostones were OK. Kinda cool when they arrived at our table. They don't have many side item options, so just disappointed that they got to us not very fresh. Room temp tostones are super dry and not tasty. Maybe the cooks didn't know how to time the meat and side items so they arrived fresh and hot.

The biggest downside was the wait! It took an hour and 10 minutes to get our grilled meat and French fries. And an extra 3 or 4 minutes for the drinks.

I was playing basketball next door and my wife and I just stumbled upon this outside food truck/ outside restaurant. When you go to the counter you tell them what meats you want and you pay per pound. After they take your meat to the kitchen which is next door and they cook it in the open where you can see what they are doing. The meat smelled and looked amazing! Extremely tasteful and crunchy. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend to come with the family because the seating is outside, very open and they have a play area for kids. This is the second time I visited this restaurant, the first experience was ok, but the second one, we received a horrible service by the young lady at the register. She seemed annoyed if we asked questions and she was rushing us. She over charge my credit card and when I told her about it, she did give me a refund but never apologized for her mistake. What a nasty attitude!!! We will probably never come back. There's too many restaurants in Santiago to put up with that kind of behavior. MOO just don't have good customer service.
