La atención es pésima, es la peor experiencia que he tenido, tienen las ventanas del baño rotas entra demasiado frio!!! no te abren la puerta cada vez que sales te hacen esperar 30 min,, no te dan toallas te ponen la escusa de que se les daño la lavadora,, si te hospedas 2 días el aseo hacen a las 10 pm, te hacen esperar 1 hora porque en el día no pueden arreglar te reciben enojados! de lo peor y si quieres descanzar no puedes tienen gatos que t los dejan en la puerta de tu habitación y lloran toda la noche la señora de la recepción hace demasiada bulla no abre la puerta y los que estan afuera timbran y timbran hasta que les abran no se...
