A great wrap up to a wonderful honeymoon We highly recommend this hotel, we believe it has the perfect balance that has it all: Service: all the hosts we’re all great, looking after us, giving advice about the activities, and very warm conversation as well. Kudos to the breakfast buffet staff in the kitchen. Special thanks to Juliette for being so attentive to our questions prior and during our stay. We went for a self-service snorkel activity in concha perla, and they were kind enough to lend us swimming fins. Breakfast: has a good selection of options, with fruits, eggs, juice, toast, a very good balance of basics. It was served at a good time to meet excursion departure times. It is good enough to feel satisfied. Room: in perfect condition, with both a ceiling fan and air-conditioning, enough storage space, and a very ample bathroom. Water temperature was quite good, very hot water, and the pressure was good too. We had a nice touch of decoration waiting for us as part of our honeymoon, and we were given a great room also because of it. Location: can’t think of a better place to be located. Even though it’s in the street the noise is low and you are at a perfect walking distance from the beach and restaurants. It has a wonderful view to the ocean. Facilities: The hotel is very well-kept, even has a small swimming pool in a middle courtyard. You can tell details are being kept, with good maintenance and cleanliness. This was the last day of our honeymoon trip, and we want to thank you for making a memorable experience of a once in a lifetime event. We will be recommending you!!

This place is WONDERFUL. I stayed here for 5 nights and can not say enough nice things about the location, people, AMAZING views and good breakfast. This picture is literally the view from the front door and is similar to all the ocean view rooms. Top tips.... -Definitely try and get a ocean view room. You will not reqret it. Amazing views and PENGUINS can be seen swimming right out front. - Plan a trip to the volcano before getting to the island, if possible. -There is NO BANKS and credit cards are not used at restaurants. Bring enough cash. -Remember this is not a resort island this is the Galapagos and have fun with it. Internet can be spotty (you are on a small island) so download what you want to watch before hand. -Biking is the best way to see everything.

We LOVED our stay at the Albemarle. The rooms (including the bathrooms) were recently updated and are gorgeous, we had a stunning view of the beach, and Gabriela took great care of us. We’ve heard that some people commented on the noise, but we found that closing our bathroom door (that has small open windows close to the ceiling for venting and gave out on the pool area) fixed the issue. We found it to be excellent value for your money. The second photo is a view of the hotel walking back from the restaurant on the pier.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the breathtaking Albermarle during my visit to the Galapagos Islands, specifically in Isabela Island. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing!

The location of Albermarle is simply unbeatable. Nestled amidst the stunning beauty of Isabela Island, the hotel offers unparalleled views of the surrounding natural wonders. Whether it was waking up to the gentle sound of ocean waves or witnessing breathtaking sunsets from the comfort of my room, every moment felt like a dream.

Speaking of the rooms, they were meticulously designed with both comfort and style in mind. The spacious and tastefully decorated accommodations provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the island. The attention to detail, coupled with modern amenities, ensured that my stay was both relaxing and convenient.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's commitment to sustainable practices. Isabela Paradise's dedication to preserving the natural environment of the Galapagos Islands was truly commendable. From eco-friendly initiatives to locally sourced ingredients in their delectable meals, it was evident that the hotel prioritizes responsible tourism.

Location is excellent - across the street from the beach! We confirmed our arrival time via ferry with the hotel the day before, and were told “we will be waiting for you” - nothing was sent to pick us up. We were simply told they don’t do that, when I showed the conversation I was told “someone in Quito wrote that, I’m not sure why, I’ll look into it” we never heard back. The taxi cost $1 USD per person so really just the annoyance and odd situation.

The room was nice and modern. No fridge. Nice large bathroom and clean presenting bed. Breakfast was decent, buffet style and really busy/packed. The staff seemed to struggle to keep up on food/resetting tables.

The pool is wonderful (if you don’t want to use the ocean across the street.). Use the ocean though - there are ample iguanas and penguins around, which was a highlight.

Finally - the internet was atrocious. There were not less than 3 different wifi networks, which would all connect/drop intermittently from our room (first floor next to the lobby!) Your...
