Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Alexandria

I got a choke from staff, how they’re comnincate between themselves by high voice like a paplic coffe by steet. I ordered a coffee & they asked me to be back after 5 minutes, I went after 3 minutes & my coffee was ready but with anther client on his table & they try to put this mistake on his head of that client because he collected it while he doesn’t know, even the in charge person said “it’s happening in every where”.

SO BAD...

Taste good but they didn’t melt the cheese as you see. It came cold. Plus they never really called out my name. The coffee was too big for a flat white. I guess that’s a plus. Didn’t enjoy my croissant with cheese and Turkey. They did make a mistake with my order. Got me two and charged me for two. I said I only wanted one. So he did give me my money back cash with ease. So that’s good. My real issue. Should have melted...

The quality there is good and considered one of the best places serving coffee. But i get annoyed from pushing us to order minimum orders for all on the table. As example, if you are 3 ones, u must order 3 plates or drinks at least. I never respect this issue and hope to be more gentle and handsome than happened with me.
