If you value your sanity and sleep DONT book this hotel .|Every night there is a wedding party in 3 different venues and they all try and out compete with the music . We have not be able to sleep until 1:30am||Check in desk does nothing to help so you just have to put up with it .|The internet does not work and the closet beer is 40min walk away.||We were also advised you cant use the pool as only for show. It was the worst experience ever. I have booked via Agoda with my account that I used more than 100 times. After arriving there from my flight, 3 am super tired. The receptionist demanded an additional 90 USD due to the fact that I'm not Egyptian national. I refused to pay the nonsense request and ended up with nowhere to go it was 330 am, and I can't book anything online back date(33am is already the next date) It is absolutely terrible and I don't recommend anyone to...

RIB OFF!!!!! Brides be aware!!! For any bride who is planning to book in this hotel to have a room to get herself ready before the wedding pick another hotel!! They did not allow the makeup artist assisstant to go into the room and wanted to charge 500EGP for it also for the photographer you will have to pay 700EGP and if you want one of your relatvies or so to enter you will still have to pay 250 EGP. they just want to rib you off and it was a very bad idea to book here...
