Location is fine, it is infront of Neil River, Hotel is near to Old Cairo and Giza Both. But it is in old town and Hotel are located inside the building , it is 39+ building and hotel has few floors. From front it look like hotel is not safe but it is safe and secure. You'll always fine someone at the desk. Nile view Inn board are not place at front so you have to go inside the building and ask the supervisor he will guide you. Main door is just near the ATM / National Bank of Egypt
Rooms are good , Comfortable and spacious, bed rooms sheets , Towels are neat and clean. All of their staff are very cooperative and supportive , they allowed us to Checkin early Morning and give us time to late checkin. Daily they clean the room and provide Water bottles and Breakfast which is good.
Remember it is 3star hotel, and its value for money, they did their best to provide all the facilities. I'm giving 4+ stars is all because their staff are very supportive.
Resturants and other shops are near by, ATM machines are at ground floor where you can exchange your money, uber is easily available. If you're looking to visit old Downtown Cairo + Gaza. Then this place is right...
Read moreThis was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property looked nothing like the description — the only positive was the view. Everything else was misleading and deeply disappointing.
The cleanliness was appalling. The bedsheets had visible stains, the common areas were dirty, and the entire place felt neglected. Security was practically nonexistent, and stray dogs were wandering freely inside the building. On top of that, the room service staff were unprofessional and frankly creepy, which only added to the sense of being unsafe.
What was advertised online and what I experienced were worlds apart. Instead of comfort and hospitality, I was left with discomfort, anxiety, and frustration. To make matters worse, the management refuses to issue a refund, holding onto the money simply because they think they can.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this property at all costs. It’s unsafe, unhygienic, and completely misleading. There are far better, safer, and more trustworthy...
Read moreThe breakfast was great and the amount of food they gave was a lot! The service is great, whenever we need anything they come and do their job immediately. We requested one more day stay as our flight was late, so they gave us the same room at the extra cost with no hassle.
The WIFi is really bad!! I kept loosing connection every five minutes certain times of the days!
The washroom is quite outdated though and the sink was leaking water. They need to upgrade their washroom. The bed is comfortable. Overall the hotel and the stuff inside and washroom were all clean with the Nile River view! There are elevators.
Overall, it's an ok hotel for your breif stay in Egypt. We had to Uber everywhere (to get to phyramids and museum). There are lots of good restaurants in walkable distance nearby to eat lunch/dinner, juice shops, little convenience stores,...
