1- our triple room was clean but one of the beds sheets was not new and needed to be changed 2-the food was beyond horrible , not many options at the buffet and the servers were putting too little food on the plates 3-no enough plates for everyone and people waited more than 15 mins for more 4-servers and managers are very stingy when asked for stuff as if it’s not already paid for 5-service is very very slow and unprofessional (very disappointing) 6.overall this place is nearly average for a one night stay and not for vacation 7.music is on during the 3 hours dinner time throughout the hotel and the room corridors, and when asked to turn it down or off they completely ignored and was being funny about it and sadly we had to leave the hotel from 7pm to 11pm because it couldn’t sleep in our rooms. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, the reception staff were very polite and welcoming. We didn’t have to wait long before heading to our rooms, which were exceptionally clean and offered a wonderful sea view.

Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and fresh options. However, lunch was a big disappointment — the food was cold, and the grills had an unpleasant smell. It seemed like the lunch chef lacked proper experience.

The hotel’s private beach was nice and had a cool atmosphere, but unfortunately, the water had a strong smell of gasoline or benzene, possibly due to yacht landings and potential fuel leakage.

Overall, the hotel has potential, especially with its friendly staff and beautiful views, but improvements are definitely needed in the dining and beach...

The hotel from the outside looked very poor. They only give one room key card and the rooms were 90% clean for example the stuff that were broken or old were not replaced by new stuff, and the kettle was dirty from all the way down but the rest was good. The food was terrible, the only dishes that were actually good were the soups and the potatoes were not bad, there was not much dishes available plus they were very common daily. The beach was pretty clean, but it smelled like the sewer and there were a bunch of people that would sneak in the hotel part of the beach and they were very annoying, disturbing, dirty, and loud.
