The Beau Site Hotel in Marsa Matrouh holds a special charm rooted in its unbeatable location and stunning views. Nestled right on the coast, the hotel offers direct access to one of Egypt’s most beautiful beaches, with crystal-clear waters and soft white sand that make every sunrise and sunset feel magical.
🌅 Location & View The hotel’s prime spot along the Mediterranean is its biggest asset. Whether you're lounging on the terrace or enjoying a meal at the restaurant, the panoramic sea views are simply breathtaking. It’s a peaceful escape from the bustle of city life, perfect for families looking to unwind.
👨👩👧👦 Family-Friendly Atmosphere Beau Site is especially welcoming for families with children. The staff are warm and accommodating, and the relaxed environment makes it easy for kids to enjoy themselves. The beach is safe and shallow enough for little ones to splash around, and the overall vibe is laid-back and kid-friendly.
🍽️ Food & Dining The food is another highlight. The kitchen consistently delivers fresh, flavorful meals with a mix of local and international options. Whether you're indulging in seafood or enjoying a simple breakfast, the quality and taste are reliably good.
🏨 Room Conditions Unfortunately, where Beau Site falls short is in its accommodations. The rooms are clean but noticeably outdated. It feels like time has stood still—furnishings, decor, and amenities haven’t seen a refresh in over 20 years. While some may find this nostalgic, others might see it as a missed opportunity for improvement. A renovation would go a long way in elevating the overall guest experience. Final Thoughts Beau Site is a hotel with heart and history. If you're looking for a scenic, family-friendly getaway with good food and a relaxed vibe, it delivers. But if modern comforts and updated rooms are a priority, you might find yourself wishing for a bit more. Still, for many returning guests, the charm of its location and the warmth of its staff make it worth...
Read moreI have been to this hotel many times as a teenager and it was a really nice place. I am here for a week and that kind of destroyed my childhood memories. The room is small, I had to clean it myself right after it was clean when we checked in and I soiled about 15 Clorox wipes to clean the room and bathroom and I gave up on the balcony. I talked to Mr. Nader at the reception who said he doesn't have any other rooms but he will take care of the issues with regards to the bathroom; which were as follows: shower not working efficiently, tap on sink was stuck under the shelf that every time I use is I need to be careful not to get my finger trapped in between (this happened twice on the first day until I learned my lesson. Bathroom light takes a long time to start and there is a stinky smell coming from the sewer in the bathroom all the time. Also there is a humming noise coming from the bathroom all day long regardless if we are using the ventilation fan or not. Yesterday I called the reception expressing my frustration, he said that he can change the room then put me on hold and never came back or called back although I stated the room number of course when you call the reception they know the room number. On top of all of this, the noise level is incredibly high, almost every night there is a gathering in the garden under my bedroom where they have a live band till midnight, or TV screens with a loud match.... when I talked to one of the managers he simply told me that some of the clients like that and that they are very strict about keeping it till...
